Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of TRAXE by organizations and authorized users. TRAXE is operated by Ki-Tech Technology Development Limited ("Ki-Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

TRAXE provides project and workspace management capabilities including planning, execution tracking, reporting, subscriptions, and related operational functions.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for account credentials and workspace administration.
• You must ensure users are authorized and use the service lawfully.
• You must promptly report unauthorized access or security incidents.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

• Paid features are governed by the selected package and billing cycle.
• Invoices, payment status, and receipts are managed within the billing workflow.
• Failure to pay may result in service restrictions, suspension, or downgrade per plan policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service integrity, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Customer Data

You retain rights to your submitted data. You grant TRAXE rights needed to host, process, back up, and display data for service operation and support.

6. Intellectual Property

TRAXE software, branding, and documentation remain property of their respective owners. No transfer of ownership is granted by access to the service.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, pricing, or operations with reasonable notice where applicable.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate according to subscription terms. On termination, access may be revoked and data handling will follow applicable policy and legal requirements.

9. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to amounts paid for the relevant subscription period.

10. Governing Terms

These terms are interpreted under applicable contract and commercial law. Disputes should be handled through good-faith resolution first, then formal legal process if needed.
